Summer is fast-approaching and we couldn’t be happier about it.  We are in the nautical frame of mind for little boys and Pennymeade has a perfect selection of Memorial Day-ready pieces for boys.  Throw on an open denim shirt and some native shoes with this gingham look and you are ready to sail away!—CC

Pants seem to always be a problem in our house (…the fact that non of my three girls like wearing them)!  To that point, I do find it challenging to find pants that properly fit petite girls.  On sizes they would normally wear, the waist never seems to right, and to go down a size means the legs aren’t long enough.  Zara’s Skinny Twill Trousers are quite the find as they fit like a dream with super-soft cotton! I will certainly be adding a few more colors to the collection! xxNatalie

A friend recently told us about the Instagram account “TargetDoesItAgain,” which is filled with daily pics of chic finds at everyones favorite superstore.  Included in mix are some adorable children’s pieces, which got us to searching their vast array of (well-priced) clothing for kids.  So many good finds! We especially loved the boho-vibe selection for babies and girls (Pink Chicken even has a line called Happy by Pink Chicken!).  A few of the stand-outs below, of which they’ve hit the bullseye.—CC

I am always looking for new children’s tableware that is durable, does not look like tupperware, and is available in cute prints–prints that do not include television characters, princesses or superhero’s (as to be argued over).  I discovered this collection from Rice at a quirky little shop in the West Village and they have truly become a family favorite.  Made from melamine, dishwasher safe and BPA free…lots of fun for everyday or ideal table décor for a celebration.  xx, Christin

La Stupenderia is a brand known for it’s luxurious fabrics and classic Italian elegance.  Though a splurge, we think their pieces are ideal for a special occasion, family photos, or a gift that will indeed be remembered.  We adore these outfits for baby boy.  Heirloom quality without the fuss, but loaded with impeccable details that give the “made in Italy” label worth every bit of the investment.  –CC

My little ‘bunny’ is turning 5 and as each year passes, I am always blown away with what speed they go by.  My heart both warms and aches when I think about my baby girl growing up.  Her giggly spirit makes us smile all the time, and her feisty energy keeps us on our toes.  Her gumption fills us with pride, and her ‘rock star’ themed birthday party is beyond fitting.  Here are some of the very specific items on her list.  Happy birthday baby – we love you to the moon and back (again and again and again…to infinity).  xx, Christin

Between making a few changes in my girls’ bedroom to add a desk and planning my daughter Harper’s ‘rock star’ themed birthday party, I keep finding all these wonderfully gilded items.  Ultra chic fashion pieces, super fly footwear, sparkly storage baskets and modern furnishings are just some of the things with which I have recently fallen in love.  From baby to big boy, you’re golden.  xx, Christin

Checks are always in season, and such is the case with this mint green Old Navy beauty.  We love how easy this is to throw on in transition season (now) and with a pair of shorts or with a swimsuit (later).  We think the rest of this look is pretty divine as well…check ✔and check✔!—CC
