Lindsey Berns had us with her appliqué flowers, and then we saw the rest of the collection… Inspired by the countryside of Provence, this gorgeous spring collection has us completely amoureux. The hand-touch quality of her pieces is ever-apparent throughout, and her dresses, pinafores, et al have the freshness of a bouquet of wild lavender. We’ve taken the liberty of selecting a few of our favorites below. Though this lovely collection just debuted last week, sizes are nearly sold out, so be sure to check the ‘Boutiques‘ section if you can’t find what you are looking for.—CC

Spring’s jacket style has been proclaimed…and its the bomber. Nothing new here, but we especially like this style of jacket for spring becuase of its effortless ease of wear and warmer weather-friendly fabrics like denim and cotton. This version by crewcuts which combines a casual sweatshirt like material, with classic twill. Now, that’s the bomb.—CC

We are channeling LA with Pink Chicken today and the (Hollywood) hills are alive with the colors of spring! Pink Chicken is one of our go-to lines for boho-chic clothing that is perfect for warm sunny days. Their spring line doesn’t disappoint and we love how everything coordinates. These skirts from MiniBoden are just the type of spring/summer essential our girls would like to wear and have the whimsy of a fairy tale . Looks just right worn with a striped tee and sandals—this skirt is easy, breezy and brings the twirl factor. It also happens to remind us of this gorgeous (but pricier) brand from London, Poppy. Experience has shown us that items like this sell out at Boden, so grab this up fast.—CC

Cabbages and Kings has us craving both spring AND a trip a trip to Mexico. We love just about everything from this Spring Summer line. This line is focused on quality and aesthetic but their Fair Trade principles are most important to the brand. Among our picks for spring are the rompers for both boys and girls and the handmade in Mexico ‘manta’ cotton dresses.

When crewcuts sent a package with a few pieces from their new American Museum of Natural History Tees along with tickets to the epic museum, I knew this would be a total hit with Sloane. Last week, off went for our adventure to the NYC landmark, which happens to be one of Sloane’s favorite places on earth. Of course we contemplated which shirt she would wear (gems vs. dinosaurs) and finally the dinosaur tee won out. Some pics of our outing below and check out this limited edition collection of t-shirts inspired by the curators’ archives. Even if you haven’t been able to (yet) visit this museum with your little one, at least you can feel historic putting them in something from the collection. xxNatalie
Arriving at the museum (in her crewcuts puffer coat) and looking up the rotunda.
Straight to the dinosaurs (love this dino-inspired t-shirt for boys).
One of my favorite pics from the day. The feeling of awe and excitement.
A rare moment away from the crowds.
We had never been into this room before filled with reptiles (not for the weak of heart!) Sloane loved this “two-headed snake.”
Our new favorite place in the museum… The Hall of Gems.
And finally, some beautiful words to remember:
“Treat the Earth well. It was not given to you by your parents, it was loaned to you by your children.”

In case you missed the absolutely adorable Harper Beckham—fashion’s youngest front row style star at her mama’s show, you can catch it here. What has us swooning are the pics of her airport arrival at JFK just before gracing the front row. We’ve put together a similar look below (Beckham’s is from Chloe’s FW collection available in June), but the gorgeous coat is available here. Apparently when it comes to pulling off covetable style…Like mother, like daughter.—CC
P.S. Thanks to our contrib Annie Anderson for the inspiration. xo
New York Fashion Week is in full swing, and out with it comes NY’s most fashionable set. From this inspiration we’ve put together a look for the coolest of little dudes braving these freezing temps. This hooded knit (on sale) is key to the look and we love it under a good faux leather biker jacket. These camo chukka boots are great with just about anything and no sub-zero temps are complete with out a pom pom hat.—CC
