We adore these plaid pants from Caramel Baby & Child – so vintage and yet so modern. These pants can be styled many different ways, but we love them mixed with these classic and simple pieces–especially the 70’s inspired coat which really makes this outfit super cool! These pieces are well worth the investment. We love a chic boy sporting the ‘vintage look.’ –CC
Mark your calendars – the time has come! The Bonpoint Fall/Winter sample sale is here. This is a great time to stock up on current wares, classic pieces for the future and gifts. The lines may be long, but the goods never disappoint. See you there! –CC

This cable-knit dress from Gap Kids is one of those great pieces that looks more luxe and expensive than it actually is. Its a perfect backdrop for printed tights and a fun topper like this shiny puffer vest. We are all about pieces like this dress that easily makes the transition from fall into winter…a singular sensation!—CC
This month we are definitely transitioning into a fall state of mind. Black and gold are our current go-tos. A few highlights from Currently Coveting this month… One Good Deed bracelets: Do a good deed for someone else and move the little ring all the way around until you reach 100 good deeds. The rules of wearing the bracelet? A “good deed” means we’ve gone out of our way to help someone and only counts if the deed remains anonymous. We just love this concept and the bracelet! Charlotte Tilbury is our current make-up du jour—these eyeshadow pallattes take the guesswork of how to achieve gorgeous eyes (for all those times we don’t have a make-up artist on-hand…ha). A good bootie is very neccessary and we are all about the studs on this Anine Bing version (also comes with gold studs). Neiman Marcus is host to Edie Parker’s custom clutch collection, where you choose the size, color and word or monogram… so chic. A good (faux) leather jacket, midi skirt and some accessories round out our must-haves of the moment. Happy Shopping!

If your kids are anything like ours, the excitement of Halloween has already begun. The tireless countdown to wearing their costumes, and the decorations are in full force. H&M serves up some non-investment options to get the little ones excited for the season without wearing the full costume for the next few weeks. A little spooky accessory here and there is just the thing to have a little fun before the big event.—CC

We love this navy shaggy lined hoody with red stars from Boden. This is a key item that can be layered over a number of casual looks or worn under a puffy vest when winter comes around. This pattern packs a lot of punch, so it is best to keep the rest simple. This piece will be a ‘star performer’ all throughout the season, from school days to weekend wear. –CC

There comes a time when the beloved Shampoo/Body Wash in one no longer works the way it used to. Our little ones actually have full heads of hair that need a little more TLC than before. Well after many trials and errors, we have found what we believe to be the magical products in children’s hair care. This is our absolute most favorite shampoo and conditioner by Glop and Glam for both their wildly delicious smells, as well as tried and true results. And when it comes to tangles, wet or dry, Little Green and the Wet Brush are the dynamic duo in tear-free hair brushing. Both boys and girls stand to benefit from these products that make nice and neat hair fun, rather than a chore. –CC
You can always count on Ralph Lauren to create a classic ‘rider’s look.’ This look is not only adorable on its own, but each piece proves to be a versatile layer and a key wardrobe item throughout the fall/winter seasons. The sweater works great with a skirt or jeans. The riding pants go with just about everything from liberty print blouses to a henley and cardigan; and the vest layers with absolutely anything while being perfectly on trend, yet remaining totally classic. –CC
This is one of my most utilized and favorite baby gifts that was ever given to me. A set of these white terry bibs from Babies R Us with my first daughter Scarlett’s monogram in a variety of pastels. I realized quickly how useful they were and soon never left home without one. They are super absorbent, and I loved to coordinate them with her outfits. The ideal baby gift on a dime (10 pack for $14.99) that can be customized for boy, girl or even kept neutral for a surprise. Thank you Tams! xx, Christin
Babies R Us Koala Baby 10-Pack Bibs, $14.99

With a few close friends recently having baby boys, it has us on the look-out for key pieces for little boys. These Go Gently Baby Sport Trousers are a perfect piece for a little guy—lots of style and totally comfy. This style of pant is a favorite for baby boys (though they size all the way up, we find them best for babies). Paired with a wear-all-the-time two-tone cashmere hoodie from Barney’s and you have two solid pieces that will be in serious rotation until Spring.—CC

This dress from Lindsey Berns is just the type of dress our daughters want to put on…and happily, exactly one we’d love them to wear! This striped and chambray tied dress is perfect on its own with a cute pair of sneakers, or with some ribbed leggings and black desert boots when the temps cool. This dress is the perfect backdrop for having fun with accessories as well. Consider us smitten.—CC
